AFTER YOUR NAIL APPOINTMENT -

- Be careful with opening things - such as cans/ring pulls - use a spoon to open them!
- Gel nails should not damage the natural nail, unless they are pulled off, therefore it is vital to the health of your nails not pick or pull at them.
- Always wear gloves for cleaning and gardening work. Strong detergents such as bleach and cleaning products can discolour the nails.
- Use a cuticle oil daily as moisturising your nails will encourage healthy nail growth.
